Gin recipe and art inspired by Angel Island.  Many of the botanicals in this gin can be found on Angel Island, these include: Coriander, Elderberry, Fennel, Elderflower, Bay Leaf, Dandelion and Rosemary.  Early settlers dubbed this island “Wood Isle” for its abundant trees.  The coordinates & map featured on the label identify the heart of Angel Island
