1.21 Gigawatts is our Whiskey Collaboration with Tioga Sequoia Brewing Company from Fresno. We teamed up with their team to write a recipe for a massive Imperial Oat Stout that we brewed together at our Bayview facility. This was then double distilled and aged in New American Oak for two years.
