Tasting Notes

Distilled from Five Pounds Hazy IPA

Five Pounds first starts as our Five Pounds Hazy IPA which is brewed with five pounds of Mosaic hops per barrel.   This is then double distilled and proofed to 59.5% ABV and allowed to mature in New American Oak for two plus years. 

This bottle was designed by Jeremy Fish and is in honor of Telegraph Hill.  

Aroma: Hops, citrus, pineapple, mango, pine, chamomile

Palate: Spice, pink peppercorn, vanilla, caramel, orange

Aftertaste: Long lingering oak finish, spicy, dry mint
