Tomorrow we will be holding the first auction for all of the miscellaneous/smallwares that we are selling at the Brewery and Distillery in the Mission Bay.
Included in this auction are:

Tons of brewing supplies + hardware - fittings, tri clamps, crimpers, stainlesss tables, floor scale, kegs, barrels, chemical cabinets, metro racks, aluminum keg racks, pallet of sugar, etc.

Tons of restaurant furniture and supplies - Two billiards tables, chairs, tables, Toast POS consoles + handhelds + kitchen display, booths, receipt printers, printer paper, etc.

Office Supplies + Misc. - Trash bins, inkjet coder, CO2 tanks, games, ladders, signs, office desks + chairs, conference tables, etc.

This is the perfect pack for the hop head experimenting with new whiskeys. This set includes a bottle of Whipnose - distilled from our Double IPA with vermont maple sugar, rye and cascade, centennial and simcoe hops, and Five Pounds - distilled from our Hazy IPA with five pounds of Mosaic hops per barrel of beer, and a bottle of Valhalla’s Decadence - distilled from a blend of Belgian beers.
All whiskeys were aged in New American Oak barrels and were bottled at 47% ABV.

Czar is the third whiskey in our Seven Stills series—seven unique whiskeys created to represent the seven hills of San Francisco. This whiskey was twice distilled from our Russian Imperial Stout, with the second distillation passing through our gin basket packed with fresh California hops. This whiskey was designed by "Joon Bug" and created for Russian Hill.
