Valhalla's Decadence - Barrel No 2.

We are thrilled to release the second barrel of Valhalla's Decadence.  This whiskey is distilled from a blend of Belgian Dubels and Tripels that were imported from Belgium by Artisan Imports in 2020.  

After being double distilled, the spirit went into Charred New American Oak barrels where it has been resting for 20 months.  

Flavor Profile: The additional 14 months in New American Oak allowed the whiskey to mellow to perfection.  It is incredibly round and soft with a rich "boubony" finish, accentuated by caramel, toffee, and vanilla.  

The base Belgium beers contributed a deep and nuanced flavor that is rich with fruity esthers and a fragrant floral aroma.
