Eau De Oyster Eau De Oyster is a whiskey distilled from Henhouse Brewing Company's Oyster Stout. After fermentation, the oyster stout was distilled twice, with Hog Island Oysters in the gin basket to add an additional umami flavor to the finished spirit.
The whiskey was then aged for two years in New American Oak barrels before being bottled at 94 proof.
