This is a bottle of the first ever whiskey produced by Seven Stills. This began as a Chocolate Oatmeal Stout with Peat Smoked Malted Barley brewed by Mill Valley Beer Works. The whiskey was then double distilled and aged in New American Charred Oak Barrels.
Bottled at 94 proof. <500 bottles produced in 2016.
